These photographs fro the Edition ‘Vibrations’ were made by filming Los Angeles' last remaining open natural spaces, the Ballona Wetlands, the Pacific coastline, the Santa Monica Mountains, and processing the footage through a computational imaging technique originally developed for medical diagnostics.

The algorithm amplifies micro-movements and color shifts invisible to the naked eye, revealing a world of constant biological and physical activity beneath what appears still.
