Lucid Dreams is a story about human connection.

Amidst a societal crisis, somewhere between Los Angeles, New York, and Berlin, a group of friends searches for human connection, and the capability of change, navigating economic challenges and personal demons.

Halina Kliem’s experimental short film The Purple Video premiered at the Florida Film Festival, Brooklyn Film Festival, London Short Film Festival, Culver City Film Festival, and the San Francisco International Festival of Short Film. Her work was exhibited at Moscow Film Festival & Media Forum, Videonale, Kunstmuseum Bonn, Neuer Aachener Kunstverein, Fitzpatrick-Leland House by MAK Center in Los Angeles, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and Pace Gallery in NYC. Halina is interested in the variations and gaps that occur within language and communication.
